Our design team develops initial concept proposals, exploring layout, form, and character in response to the brief and site context. Options are presented and refined through close collaboration with the client to arrive at a preferred direction.
Stage 3 (Spatial Co-ordination)

The concept is developed into a coordinated design, integrating structural and building services requirements. At this stage we progress planning applications, prepare drawings and supporting documentation, and manage the submission process on the client's behalf.
Stage 4 (Technical Design)

We produce fully detailed technical drawings and specifications suitable for construction, coordinating with specialist consultants and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and relevant standards. This stage produces the information required for contractor tendering
Stage 5 (Construction & Manufacturing)

We provide contract administration and site inspection services during construction, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the contract and design intent. We manage communication between client and contractor, assess progress, and issue certificates as appropriate
